We at Windsor Recruitment provide an invaluable service for your loved ones who may be elderly, disabled or just may find it difficult to carry out personal care or domestic day to day tasks, by using our services we can assist to help them live as independently as possible. We can provide services from 1hour per day through to 24 hour Live-in Care.
All care staff that work for Windsor Recruitment are thoroughly checked, we obtain an Enhanced Disclosure check from the Criminal Records Bureau before they are able to work for Windsor Recruitment
What does the care worker do?
Our domiciliary care worker will carry out personal tasks such as help with bathing/showering, dressing, shaving, general hygiene tasks, emptying catheter bag and dealing with incontinence pads, emptying commodes, plus assisting/prompting of medication and collection of medication from your local pharmacy. However, any medical tasks such as changing wound dressings or giving injections can only be performed by one of our registered nurses.
As well as personal tasks, a range of domestic chores may be undertaken. These can include shopping, cleaning, vacuuming, collecting prescriptions and general housekeeping (e.g. washing up, changing/making beds, laundry etc).
